Katy Kids Chess and Houston International Table Tennis are excited to invite young chess enthusiasts and their families to our upcoming Kids Monthly Rated Chess Competition in Katy Texas! This event is designed to offer a fun, competitive, and supportive environment for players to improve their skills, meet new friends, and enjoy the game of chess.

Event Details
• Date: [2.22.26]
• Time: [11am] – [4pm]
• Location: [923 S Mason Rd, Katy, TX 77450] Eligibility
• Open to all chess players with an ELO rating of 1200 and below
• Active USCF membership is required to participate Competition Format
• 5 rounds of play • Each round uses a 15-minute time control per player (G/15)
• Swiss-system pairing (no elimination – everyone plays all rounds) Entry Fee and Prizes • Entry Fee: [$20] per participant
• Prizes: Trophies for top finishers and medals for all participants
